Carolinas Production Group Unveils New Internet Home
CHARLOTTE, NC (November 3, 2017) – Carolinas Production Group (CPG), a full service video creation firm providing initial concept to final distribution services of client programming and promotion on network, cable, and digital television, unveiled a new, updated website today.
The new site – www.carolinasproductiongroup.com – fills a need for both the company and its clients/viewers according to Rick Benjamin, veteran motorsports broadcaster and owner of Carolinas Production Group.
“We recognized the need for an updated site to serve as our online home,” Benjamin stated “Our new site provides our a much better platform to feature and share our programming as a more accessible, personal and immediate entertainment source. It also provides our clients and potential new clients an engaging way to stay current with our capabilities and programming initiatives.”
CPG – a Matthews, North Carolina-based firm – has supplied programming to more than 20 national, regional sports, entertainment cable and broadcast network channels. Included in that group are CBS Sports Network, NBC Sports Network, Velocity, MAV TV, ESPN International, and Rogers Sportsnet in Canada.
Currently, CPG produces several top motorsports media projects including 12 Trans Am Series events on CBS Sports Network; coverage of the F4 United States Championship powered by Honda; and ‘Honda Racing: At Speed,’ a video magazine of all of American Honda and HPD’s motorsports activities.
CPG also broke new ground in digital television coverage this year creating Facebook Live content for Honda Racing. The broadcast quality show is produced live at each 2017 Verizon IndyCar Series
event, plus select additional Honda Racing/Acura Motorsports events.
Finally, “HPD Trackside” – a weekly YouTube based racing recap that includes on-track action from the Verizon IndyCar Series, the IMSA SportsCar Championship, Pirelli World Challenge, and major off-road races in North America – rounds out the 2017 CPG compliment of motorsports programing.
“We’ve been fortunate over the past few years to have a host of new opportunities and partners present themselves to CPG, and we’ve created several strong projects with those partners,” Benjamin stated. “This is especially true in developing ‘Digital Television’ projects and we are ready to add new partners and projects to our lineup. We producing shows on behalf of Honda, Trans Am, and F4 US, and our list of corporate video associations for clients such as Mazda, Porsche, UPS, Mac Tools, and Yamaha Marine are continually expanding. We’re constantly developing new concepts and adding new technology to our arsenal, so we can respond quickly to a client’s need for event or corporate video of any sort.”
